Dr. Cook grew up in mid-MIchigan and graduated from Michigan State University and received his dental degree from the University of Michigan. He furthered his education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served as a general dentist at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
After completing his service, Dr. Cook and his wife, Paige, are happy to be back home in mid-Michigan to raise their kids. They are honored to take over the practice and legacy from Dave Golder.
